National Disability Authority

Configure Limited was chosen on a Competitive Tender basis by the National Disability Authority (NDA) in May 2005 to conduct Audits in preparation for the launch of their Excellence through Accessibility Awards scheme utilising Standards of Reference agreed in conjunction with the National Disability Authority (NDA) and the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform.
This Awards scheme is designed to raise the profile of Disability Access issues and their solutions encouraging a process of positive implementation, as required under the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government’s Outline Sectoral Plan under the Disability Bill 2004.
